Spa rules and regulations

  1. It is always worth remembering that a spa is not a bathtub and you do not wash in it.
  2. This space is based on relaxation. We ask you to respect the calm and discretion required.
  3. It is open from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00, only on reservation and according to availability.
  4. Access to and use of this relaxation area is reserved for the guests of the guest rooms. Access is forbidden to children under the age of 16, and to children under the age of 18 not supervised by an adult.
  5. Please do not use towels for the spa. Towels are available in the relaxation area. A bathrobe is provided in the room for use in the spa.

Health and safety rules

  1. The spa is designed for 2 to 3 people during a cycle that lasts 50 minutes maximum. It is not recommended to use the spa alone.
  2. You use it under your own responsibility: in case of damage to the equipment or use of soap in the spa, you will be responsible for repairing the damage.
  3. It is not advisable to bathe with any valuables. We accept no responsibility for physical or material damage, loss, theft or alteration.
  4. Sanitation:
    • Pre-shower in your room with soapy water to remove all traces of moisturiser and dirt,
    • Long hair should be tied back,
    • Decent bathing attire and a correct attitude are required, with the wearing of a bathrobe when entering and leaving the spa.
    • Only swimming trunks are allowed for men: all other clothing is forbidden (t-shirts, boxer shorts, bermuda shorts and any other clothing that looks like shorts),
    • Creams and oils are strictly forbidden in the spa.
  5. Cigarettes and vapour, chewing gum, food, drinks, radio, mobile phones, cameras and other electrical equipment are not allowed.
  6. It is of course strictly forbidden to use the spa in case of skin lesions, plantar warts etc... and strongly recommended to shower once back in your room and to moisturize your skin.
  7. Beware of drowning: leave the spa immediately if you feel uncomfortable, dizzy or drowsy. Hot water can cause hyperthermia and loss of consciousness. Use of the spa in conjunction with alcohol, drugs, or medication may result in unconsciousness.

The practice of spa is not without consequences for health depending on the individual. We invite you to be cautious.

Pregnant women, diabetics, people in poor physical condition or those under medical prescription should consult a doctor before using the spa.

During pregnancy, immersion in hot water for long periods can harm the fetus.

In all cases, check the water temperature before entering the spa. It should not exceed 38°C.
