The House
Catherine and Francis will warmly welcome you at La Folière and will be delighted to make you discover the Saumurois and the Anjou, beautiful wine regions full of history. The city of Saumur, very close, is only 6 km away on the left bank of the Loire.
You will stay in a beautiful Longère of 19th century, a typical house of the region of Saumur built with tufa stones. You will also appreciate the large wooded park of 4000 sqm, the swimming pool and the spa.
The Rooms
Our house has 3 comfortable and spacious rooms, all with their own private bathroom and toilet. The rooms located on the 1st floor of the house are attic and accessible through a private entrance.

The guesthouse « La Folière » is well placed to take a ride and discover different beautiful routes such as "La Loire à vélo" or "l'Authion à vélo" (tributary of the Loire River).
Every morning, Francis and Catherine will serve you a generous breakfast, made with homemade products, such as jams, pastries and fruit salads… During low season (from October to March), you can also choose, at the time of your reservation, to have a dinner plate or pizzas and quiches, in the living room that is specially assigned to you.
Spa: absolute relaxation
Our spa is located in an outbuilding next the guest house. The clear water is treated with active oxygen and is 37°C in winter and 35°C in summer. You can relax in peace in this space designed for relaxation.
It is a beautiful moment of complete relaxation and that is why children under 16 are not allowed in this area.
Price per person for 50 minutes: 15 €.
